My wife Debbie passed away April 5th 2021 and I was very pleased with how everything went. The funeral home went above and beyond everything I needed to get me through what was a difficult time. All the staff was very professional and courteous…I appreciate everything they done for me. Lori is excellent at her job and I appreciate her very much.

We could never adequately express our thanks to Alex, Jim and all the wonderful staff at Ruegg Funeral Home. They were so kind and gracious. They made a most difficult situation much easier while taking care of our every need. I feel they went above and beyond what was necessary. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!! I would like to thank the Ruegg family for their above and beyond care of our family during the loss of my father. They were compassionate, considerate, super helpful with all the paperwork that had to be filed. They memorial service and grave side service was conducted smoothly and professionally. Alex asked me who I wanted to receive the U.S. flag presented by the Veterans. I replied, “Me, I guess”, since I have no other siblings and 2 children and didn’t know what else to do. The morning of the funeral, Alex called me and went over the arrangements, and asked once again, who I wanted to receive the flag. He said that sometimes the grandson receives it. So I agreed for it to be passed to my son. Little did I know how much this would mean and touch my son’s heart at the graveside. Thank you Alex for leading me in the right direction. The weather was very cold and blustery at the graveside. I watch Jim Ruegg remove his overcoat and put it around an elderly member of my family……..Such kindness. Thank you, Jim. My daughter leaned over and said, “I’m counting on the Rueggs to take me out”. We all are counting on the Ruegg’s, they will not let us down. Thank you all, once again.

Bob fox was my Sunday school teacher and as I was in royal rangers was my scout leader. As i was raised up in the rock church until I left home in 1960. I came back to same church 2018 Bob was still there and was so shocked when he saw me 58 yrs later at church 😃
