Wilma “Ruth” Bradford, 87, of Silva, MO, passed away Friday, April 6, 2024, at Stockhoff Memorial Nursing Home, Fredericktown, MO. She was born in Burbank, MO, January 11, 1937, to parents Lester and Bessie (Stevenson) Jaco.
Ruth was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She married Joe Bradford on October 12, 1998. Ruth enjoyed collecting owl figurines, and memorabilias. She was very passionate about landscaping and working in her yard. She was extremely knowledgeable about plants and flowers. Ruth enjoyed being around people and had many friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother: Paul Jaco.
Ruth is survived by her husband of twenty-five years. Also surviving are her children: Scott Dees and wife Robin of Benton, AR, Randy Dees of Maumelle, AR; grandchildren: Kendall Dees of Evansville, IN, Phoenix Dees of Evansville, IN; great-grandchildren: Blakely and Taytum. Ruth will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
A graveside service was held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at New Prospect Cemetery, Silva, MO. Bro. Dan Ross ministered to the family. Scott Dees, Randy Dees, Phoenix Dees, Danny Jaco, Jerry Bradford, and Dennis Bradford served as pallbearers. Online condolences can be made at www.rueggfuneralhomes.com
