David “Dave” Wayne Becker, 67, of Williamsville, MO, sadly passed away the morning of Sunday, February 25, 2024, in his home. He was born in Poplar Bluff, MO. December 31, 1956, to William “Bill” and Lillian “Lil” Becker.
Dave was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He was the second of five children. He graduated with the class of 1975 from Greenville High School. After graduation, Dave obtained an associate degree from Three Rivers Community College. He continued his education and earned a bachelor’s degree in agriculture in 1980. Dave met Antonia “Toni” J. Griffin, and they married at the United Methodist Church in Williamsville on February 17, 1989. They were blessed with three children together and five grandchildren. Dave spent his life working as an owner/operator on his family farm, Rolling Shoals. He spent forty plus years of harvest doing what he loved. He also enjoyed long drives, fishing, watching NASCAR, and having beers with his friends.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of thirty-three years; brother: Shepard Becker; sister: Janet Penn.
Dave is survived by his children: Misty Newton and husband Jason, Johnathon “John” Becker and his wife Jessie, Leslie Becker; grandchildren: Becker Newton, Rose Becker, William Becker, Barrett Newton, Lillan Becker; brother: Ken Becker and wife Julie; sister: Anastasia Becker and partner Robert Wilmsmeyer; close friend and companion, Lisa Bratton; bonus sons: Bobby Griffin, Corey Keele a wife Sarah; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Dave will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
