Condolences

Condolence From: Skip Hopkins
Condolence: It was nice catching up with everyone over Labor Day and my grandkids loved meeting everyone. Our children and grandchildren were really saddened when I gave them the news about Aunt Uvonne. We started sharing memories of her, how I stayed with her at times during summers, all the great food and the cakes she made for us to snack on. She was so kind and welcomed Amanda and our kids as family the first time she met them. I remember Amanda's face when Aunt Uvonne shook the locusts off a tree branch since Amanda had never seen that many before. When James was barely walking and had curly blonde hair, Aunt Uvonne was one of his 2 favorite people the first time he met her. I'll never forget how he followed Aunt Uvonne around her house and insisted she pick him up. He smiled every time he saw her. She is being missed, we're praying for you Uncle Blair and family.
